" Tokyo Harbor is my new favorite Japanese restaurant! I visited with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and we had a blast. The hibachi grill was amazing; the chef created a delightful atmosphere with tricks and humor. I love how generous the portions were; we all left with leftover boxes.
