" I decided to visit Red Apple last weekend hoping for some delicious Chinese food based on previous visits. Unfortunately, the quality has seriously declined. My favorite dish, General Tso’s chicken, tasted overly sweet and I could tell it was made from frozen chicken. The fried rice was bland, and the portions were noticeably smaller.
