" Last week, I tried Spicity, and it did not live up to the hype. The ambiance looked promising, but the cleanliness was questionable. Our initial greeting felt rushed, and after that, we faced another long wait for service. The Twice Cooked Pork tasted great; however, the portion could have been bigger for what I paid. " I had a disappointing visit to Spicity during my last outing. Though the food is typically fantastic, I found the service to be lacking this time. It took a long time to get our orders taken, and my meal did not arrive until nearly an hour after ordering. When it finally did arrive, my Chicken with Broccoli was overcooked and bland. " While the food here is great, I can't say the same for the service. We came in on a busy Friday night and the wait for our food was nearly an hour. The workers seemed overwhelmed, and our server was running around trying to manage too many tables. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, which was delicious, but I wish the portion had been larger for the $15 price point. Overall, the quality of the food is excellent, but the service needs improvement. " I am a regular at Spicity because I can't get enough of their dishes. From spicy noodle soups to their crispy dumplings, everything is just beautiful. Last night, I tried their golden sands shrimp and frankly, it stole the show! The waitstaff is always attentive, and although the place can get crowded at times, it never feels overwhelming. " Once again, Spicity has knocked it out of the park! Their spicy green beans are consistently amazing, and the crispy pork has a great texture. This time, I also ventured out and tried the mapo tofu, which was delicious and exactly how it should be – spicy and fragrant without being overwhelming. The service was attentive, so we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. The only slight issue was that the tables felt a bit sticky; a minor concern but noteworthy. " My friends and I stumbled upon Spicity and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad we did! Their spicy mapo tofu was just fantastic and tasted incredibly authentic.
