" This was my first visit to KAIDO, and I have to say I was impressed! The flavors of the sushi were incredibly fresh and the attention to detail in the presentation was fantastic. I tried the salmon sashimi and a couple of rolls; both were delightful! The only criticism I have is that the service was a bit slow, but it was a busy night, so I understand. Everything tasted so fresh; it’s obvious the chefs take pride in their work. The only downside was the wait time, which was longer than expected.
