" Last night was my first visit to Valle Cucina, and I'm so glad I went! I ordered the lobster risotto which was wonderfully rich and creamy; I couldn't get enough of it! The service was fantastic, and the staff really went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Although the restaurant was quite busy, I felt attended to the whole time. " I had a rather disappointing meal at Valle Cucina. While the ambiance was pleasant, my chicken parm was deeply overcooked and dry; it seemed like it had been under the heat lamp too long. It came with a huge pile of pasta, which was nice, but the dry chicken ruined the whole dish for me. The service was okay, though I felt rushed at times as the wait staff was clearly very busy.
