" I’ve been to many buffets but Buffet Maison Chan missed the mark. The flavors were not authentic Chinese; a lot of items tasted like they were just fried and coated in sauces that didn’t complement them well. I did enjoy a few of the dessert offerings, albeit pre-packaged, which was a letdown. The service was just okay — our waiter seemed overwhelmed.
