Sushi Hiroyoshi might not be the flashiest spot, but it's one of the most authentic sushi experiences I've had in the U.S. The chefs were friendly and took the time to explain the dishes. I opted for the sashimi platter, which included items I had never tried before. I was blown away by the freshness.
