" Not sure how many chances I’m willing to give this Taco Bell, but every visit has been a disappointment. Only the other day, my order was missing items, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they just shrugged like it was no big deal. There is no sense of customer service here. " I wish I didn’t go to this Taco Bell today. After waiting an eternity for my food, I was served a stale burrito that was cold. I understand it could be busy, but this was hardly acceptable. I’ve had much better experiences at other Taco Bells, and I expected more from this one. It's frustrating to see a chain with such a good reputation suffering due to lack of management and training.
