" Taiyo Longueuil is an experience I'd recommend to anyone who loves sushi. However, we did experience a mixed bag of service on our last visit. While some staff were attentive and informative about the menu, others seemed flustered during peak dinner hours. Despite that, the food was delightful! The sashimi was particularly stand-out. I did wish the ambiance was a bit quieter, but overall a solid choice for sushi lovers in the area. The atmosphere is vibrant during dinner, making it a fun place to enjoy with friends. I do, however, think they could benefit from more space; it can feel cramped during peak times.
