" I tried to order through the app, but the staff didn't even acknowledge my presence when I arrived. Finally, someone noticed me about 10 minutes later, only to tell me they'd lost my order. This isn't the first time I've faced issues like this at this location! The food itself was mediocre; my burrito was more rice than anything else. " Ordered two burritos and fries through the drive-thru, everything felt rushed. When I got home, one of the burritos was bombed with sauce, while the other had barely any in it, and the fries were cold. So disappointed, especially after a long day at work. " I’m a huge Taco Bell fan and have gone to different locations, but this one just doesn’t live up to the brand. Ordering was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Instead of the regular crunchy tacos I asked for, they ended up giving me soft tacos with beans instead. Although they fixed it, the waiting time was excessive, especially since they were not busy. " Honestly, I used to love Taco Bell, but each time I visit this one I get more frustrated. My last visit included receiving the wrong order and then getting a really rude response from the cashier when I complained. It happens sometimes, but this was the third time in a row! Food prices keep increasing, and the quality just isn't there anymore either. I think I’m going to take a break from Taco Bell for a while until they can improve their service and food.
