" I have been a regular at K-Thi for years, and I continue to be impressed with their consistency. Specializing in Vietnamese subs and pho, they handle these classics with finesse. I particularly enjoy the beef pho which is perfectly spiced and comes with a side of fresh herbs. The owner seems to remember everyone, and it creates a welcoming atmosphere. Though it’s mostly takeout, the small dining area is charming. The only downside lately has been the service times; during busy periods, it can get a bit slow, but the food always makes up for it.
