" I had a dinner date at Chili's last Saturday and overall it was a good experience. The ambiance was lively, and our server was polite and efficient. However, my pasta was slightly undercooked which was disappointing. I asked for a modification, and it was promptly taken care of. I appreciate the attempts at making everything right.
