" As a frequent diner at Mexican restaurants, I have been searching for a new spot in town, and I'm thrilled to have found El Vallarta. The chips and salsa were some of the best I've had, and my chicken enchiladas were fantastic. They actually deep fry their chimichangas, which is hard to find in most places! Every meal has been served hot and fresh. Plus, the portion sizes are excellent for the price. I'd say they've got the best salsa around!
