" I have to say, my family and I are frequent visitors at RÔTISSERIE PIZZÉRIA ROYAL. The reason we keep coming back is because of their portion sizes! They are truly generous. However, the taste can be hit or miss. The last time we had their classic all-dressed pizza, it tasted off, almost bland compared to our usual experience. The chicken remains on point every time, juicy and well seasoned, though. As for the service, it can be slow during busy hours. Yet the prices are fair for what you get, so we keep returning. " The delivery experience I had was simply awful! I had to wait over 1 hour for a cold pizza. When it finally arrived, it was burnt on the edges with hardly any topping. The fries, however, were okay, but that’s not why I ordered from here. When I called to complain, the customer service rep was rude and unsympathetic. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. " Wow, what a surprise! I decided to try this place after hearing my friends rave about it, and I wasn't disappointed. The poutine was amazing—rich gravy and the cheese curds were properly melted. It can be hard to find an authentic poutine, but this one fits the bill. The atmosphere was nice as well, perfect for a casual dinner! Service could have been a bit quicker.
