" I'm absolutely in love with Hong Kong Express! This place has been around for years, and it truly shows in the quality of food they serve. The flavors took me back to my childhood and reminded me of true Chinese cuisine, not like all those fast-food spots. " So, I grabbed some takeout today because I was craving Chinese food, and Hong Kong Express was recommended to me. I really enjoyed the chicken fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken. Everything tasted fresh. One thing I noticed is that they do take their time to prepare the food, which I appreciate for quality's sake. " I've been around to many Chinese places and can confidently say this one has it down. The chefs clearly know what they're doing. The chicken lo mein was exceptional, and the sesame chicken had a great crunch. The only area of improvement would be the steadily declining customer service, which has been reported frequently. I noticed the staff was swamped and chaotic behind the counter but unhelpful when asked questions. Though the food is usually delicious, it can be hard to navigate it given the service conditions. " Hong Kong Express is a cozy little spot hidden away in town. Upon entering, you can tell it's quite popular with residents. I came on a Wednesday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had! It had a wonderful texture and was not greasy like other places I've been to. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, and my order took a bit longer than expected.
