" I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants, but Hong Kong Express stands out for its authentic taste. Each bite felt like I was back in my grandmother’s kitchen. The dumplings were exceptional, and the sesame chicken was delightful. " Hong Kong Express is a cozy little spot hidden away in town. Upon entering, you can tell it's quite popular with residents. I came on a Wednesday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had! It had a wonderful texture and was not greasy like other places I've been to. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed at times, and my order took a bit longer than expected.
