" We ate here last week and honestly, it was hit or miss. The salsa served with the chips was pretty bland, resembling something out of a jar rather than fresh. " I’ve been to a number of Mexican restaurants, but none quite like Gilberto's! The food is incredibly fresh, and every dish I’ve tried has had delightful uniqueness. I particularly loved the Queso dip we shared. Portion sizes are generous, and my new favorite is the shrimp burrito! I felt welcomed by the staff, who are always eager to share recommendations.
