" I had heard much about Cocina Caliente and finally decided to dine here with some friends this past weekend. The restaurant was buzzing with activity which is always a great sign. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, including the steak fajitas and a couple of different types of tacos. I was particularly impressed with the flavor and tenderness of the steak — you could tell it was high quality. However, the service was a little slow, and we had to wait quite a bit for our drinks to arrive.
