" I took my family to Happy Garden hoping for a relaxing dinner out. While the staff was attentive and the place wasn’t busy, the food did leave much to be desired. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, which felt more like an afterthought with no starring flavor. The same goes for the shrimp cocktails we ordered as an appetizer. Each shrimp seemed to lack freshness, and some even seemed freezer-burnt. For a casual meal, it served its purpose, but for any sort of special occasion, I would probably choose another restaurant. " I've been going to Happy Garden for years, but I have to say that my latest visit was lackluster.
