" After moving to the area, I heard nothing but great things about Takara, so I had to check it out. The ambiance is really lovely, and very welcoming. I had the hibachi shrimp and steak, and while the steak was cooked medium as I requested, it wasn't packed with flavor. The shrimp were much better. I must mention that their rice was delicious! On the other side, my friend had sushi, and she absolutely loved it! So when you go, definitely try both; while I might not have LOVED my hibachi, the sushi was a win! " (*Curated Review*)

" Takara remains my favorite place for sushi in Clinton! The staff is friendly and the food is always excellent. They have an incredible array of rolls, and I recommend the California roll and the spicy tuna roll! The spicy tuna roll particularly stands out with its flavor and presentation.
