" I’ve been to Costa Vida multiple times now and can say it has some of the best fast-casual Mexican food around. The variety of fresh ingredients allows for plenty of customization. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I particularly like their bowl options, which are filling and flavorful without being overly heavy. " I have to share my thoughts on Costa Vida, especially the horchata! It’s one of the best I’ve had outside of Mexico. The shrimp tacos were fantastic too; they had a nice crunch thanks to the toasted shells. However, I did notice that portion sizes can vary quite a bit. A couple of times, I felt the tacos were a bit skimpy compared to what I expected. Still, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
