" I stopped by this Taco Bell with friends after a long day at work. The service was very slow, and we ended up waiting over twenty minutes for our food! When it finally arrived, my order was wrong. They even put sour cream on my taco when I specifically asked for no sour cream! After addressing the issue with management, we received some apologies, but I didn't feel they truly cared.
