" I have been wanting to visit I Luv PHO for quite a while, and I finally did! The restaurant had a nice ambiance and was very clean. I ordered the bun bo hue, and it was full of flavor. The beef was tender, and the broth was spicy and aromatic — exactly what I was hoping for! We also shared a few appetizers that were absolutely delicious.
