" I used to frequent their previous location in Chicago, and so when I heard they opened up in the suburbs, I was thrilled! The food did not let me down! Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. The minestrone soup was packed with flavor and the pasta dishes were true to the Italian roots. " I wanted to love Bella Notte, I truly did. Having heard so many great things, I had to check it out. Arrived on a Friday night and the wait was about 20 minutes, which was manageable. However, once seated, the service took a bit to get going. My pasta was overcooked, and I found it slightly bland. The tiramisu was good, but not the best in the area as some claimed. " Bella Notte is a must visit if you’re in the area! I’ve been several times and each experience has been better than the last. The food reminds me of the cozy Italian restaurants in Chicago. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they really help you choose the right dish. This time, I had the garlic wings as an appetizer, which were delicious, followed by the chicken parmesan. I was a bit surprised by the size of the portions, they are huge! " I had high expectations for Bella Notte based on the hype, and thankfully, it did not disappoint! The decor is charming and perfectly complements their hearty menu. We tried multiple dishes during our visit, and each was packed with flavor. I especially loved the homemade tiramisu—definitely the highlight for me! Despite how busy it was, the service did not falter, and our server was always nearby, checking in on us.
