" Salsas Cocina has quickly become my go-to for lunch! I love their birria tacos. You won’t believe the flavor! The juices from the meat seep into the offered tortillas, creating a heavenly bite! The staff has always been friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere each time I visit. I do wish they would bring our orders out quicker, especially at lunch hours. " I came here with some friends after hearing rave reviews, and I can see why! The coconut margarita was a refreshing start, and then I tried the fajitas. They didn't sizzle like I would've expected, but the flavor was incredible. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow as it was quite busy that night. " Salsas Cocina is a hit or miss for me. I’ve tried their chicken enchiladas twice, and while the first time they were divine, this last visit left me a bit underwhelmed. The service was friendly, but it took longer than expected for our food to arrive on a busy night. The chips and salsa are always a fun start, but the salsa is usually too mild for my taste. I appreciate the authenticity of the food, but I think they could use a little more spice overall. That being said, the atmosphere is cozy and I do enjoy coming here for a laid-back meal. " I tried Salsas based on high recommendations and was quite pleased! We shared a couple of appetizers and then I ordered the queso birria tacos. They were absolutely scrumptious! The meat was tender, and the dipping sauce added an enhance flavor. The live music created a nice ambiance, although it was a bit on the louder side at times. " I had high expectations coming in, and I’m happy to say they were met! We ordered the carne asada and it was grilled to perfection, tender and juicy. The accompanying guacamole was fresh and you could tell it was made to order. The portions were generous, we all left with leftovers—great value for the quality!
