" I've been a customer of East Pacific for years and it has really become my go-to place for dim sum in Staten Island. The variety is impressive, and they really know how to prepare their dumplings. The last time I visited, we tried the pork and chive dumplings along with the shrimp rice rolls, both of which were outstanding! Their service is always friendly, although sometimes a little rushed.
