" Visited Genghis Grill last weekend for the first time and I must say, it was a mixed bag. The idea of being able to choose my own ingredients was appealing, but the execution fell a little flat. The veggies were fresh, but the meat in my bowl tasted a bit overcooked. Service was friendly, but we waited quite a bit to have our orders taken, which was frustrating. The children loved picking out their veggies and meats, and the chef was wonderful at cooking it right in front of us. The only downside was the cleanliness of the restaurant.
