" As someone who has a deep appreciation for authentic Turkish cuisine, I was looking forward to dining at Hayat and I was quite impressed! The restaurant maintains a beautiful aesthetic, reminiscent of dining environments found in Turkey. I particularly enjoyed the mezze platter as a start which contained a rich variety of flavors and textures. For the main, I had the chicken Adana kebab, which was well-seasoned but perhaps could have used a bit more heat for my taste. However, the service was exceptional, making the experience even better. They certainly know how to make you feel welcome. I do wish the portion sizes aligned a bit more with the price, but overall, I would highly recommend it! For our main course, I found the lamb kebab to be the highlight—not too fatty and it had a delightful crispy char. Our server Ivan was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and suggested the perfect wines to complement our food choices. However, the dishes' prices seemed on the higher side, so be prepared for that. The restaurant itself is very well-decorated and has a cozy vibe. " Absolutely loved my dinner at Hayat Turkish Cuisine last evening! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a date night. I ordered the mixed grill platter, and not only was the presentation stunning, but the taste was even better! The server was lovely, making sure our waters were always filled and checking on our satisfaction regularly. I particularly appreciated the complimentary Turkish tea and dessert! " I just visited Hayat Turkish Cuisine and the experience was decent. The ambiance was great, very inviting and cozy. I liked the shared plates we tried, but I feel some of the flavors could be stronger—particularly in the dips we had. We waited a bit longer for our main dishes, so that’s something to note. " Eating at Hayat Turkish Cuisine was an experience I won’t soon forget! Everything from the moment we arrived was fantastic. We had a lovely server who guided us through the menu, finally settling on the chef's specials of the day. I enjoyed the selection of mezes beforehand, which perfectly set the stage for the main event. The lamb was just melts-in-your-mouth tender. The other dishes we ordered also brought a great range of flavors typical of what you would find in authentic Turkish homes.
