" I recently celebrated my anniversary at Celeste and it was a night to remember! The atmosphere was romantic and inviting. We were greeted warmly by Carmine, the owner, who made us feel special. We started with the fried calamari, which was crispy and seasoned perfectly. For the main course, I had the bolognese pasta and my partner had the seafood risotto. Both dishes were flavorful, showcasing the authenticity of Italian cuisine. I appreciated how the server made sure our glasses were always filled and checked in regularly. " What can I say? Celeste is a hidden gem on the Upper West Side! I came here based on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. The ambiance is cozy and homey, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I tried the margherita pizza which had a perfect balance of cheese and sauce with a crisp crust.
