" I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience at Hana. The food was average—definitely not the best I’ve had in town. The service was friendly enough, but the waiter constantly disappeared. I felt we were forgotten, causing us to leave a bit unsatisfied. They could do so much better considering the hype. " Tonight was exciting, the chef was a performer! Quite a show! The food was fantastic! The kids particularly enjoyed the flashy knife work and the fire! " My husband and I visited Hana last Saturday and overall we had a lovely evening. The food tasted great, and our waiter was attentive. We both enjoyed the hibachi steak and chicken very much. " I am a sushi lover and was really disappointed with my last two visits to Hana. The fish did not taste fresh, and the rolls were poorly made. I was particularly let down by the California roll, which was tasteless. I really wanted to like it as I enjoy the hibachi experience, but the quality of sushi needs to improve.
