" In all honesty, I was really looking forward to trying Parma based on some good reviews I read. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The pizza crust was thick and doughy – more like eating a breadstick than a pizza. Plus, it arrived lukewarm. I didn't really get the authentic pizza experience I was hoping for.
