While the Cowboy pizza was well-constructed, the overall experience was marred by slow service. I was made to wait longer than expected, and the pizza I received didn't match what I had ordered! It’s frustrating when you look forward to a meal and it doesn’t turn out as expected. I might give it another chance, but they really need to step up their game in the service department.
