" If you’re looking for a great sushi place in Pilsen, definitely check out Golden Gai! The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. I had the garlic edamame as an appetizer, which was delicious, and the sushi rolls were fresh and flavorful. My only slight disappointment was that a couple of the rolls felt a bit on the small side, but the AYCE option could resolve that. Overall, a great place to unwind with great food! " I finally made it to Golden Gai after hearing rave reviews from everyone, and I can confirm that it lives up to the hype! The ambiance is lovely, with thoughtful decor. The sushi was top-notch and I especially loved the unique flavors in the 18th St. roll. Our server was attentive, helping us select drinks that paired perfectly with our meal. " This sushi bar has become my go-to spot! Every time I've visited, I have been treated to not only delicious food but also a great atmosphere. The service has been consistently spot-on, with staff that genuinely seem to enjoy their job. The fusion rolls are a must-try, especially the Forest Roll! My only complaint is the price point on some of the more extravagant rolls, but given the quality, I think it’s justified.
