" Disappointing to say the least. The burrito I ordered was not only poorly constructed but also lacked that fantastic Chipotle flavor that I’ve grown to love. The chicken was overcooked, and the portion was smaller than I expected. The staff did their best given how busy it was, but my experience was marred by the disarray in the restaurant. I noticed it was quite dirty and not well organized. Although I want to like this location, I think I'll stick to other locations for now. " My experience at Chipotle was quite an adventure. Initially, I was excited about their burritos, and I was willing to try new things. When I finally got my order, the burrito that was prepared for me looked fantastic, and I was eager to dive into it. However, once I took a bite, I noticed that it was overly salty! This was quite disappointing considering how much I enjoy the chain normally. I also felt that the portion sizes were small for the money. The ambiance was congested, as the dining room seemed to be understaffed and not maintained well. It's hard to see this place as one of Chipotle’s prides; it certainly doesn’t measure up to the quality I experienced at other locations. While I might consider coming back in hopes of better food, this visit left me feeling pretty unimpressed. Suggestions for improvement definitely include portion sizes and seasoning adjustments. " I didn't know what to expect from the new Chipotle, but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The food turned out to be delicious. I ordered a burrito with all the fixings, and the flavors blended perfectly together. The staff served me with great enthusiasm, anticipating my every request. However, I did notice that the cleanliness aspect could have been better—there were crumbs on several tables which made eating a bit less enjoyable. The price was reasonable for the quality offered, but again, I was shocked by the portion size; it was less than I’m used to at other Chipotle locations. All things considered, I believe if the management can tackle the cleanliness issue and improve portion sizes, this place can be a top competitor. " I visited this Chipotle expecting a great meal since I had heard good things about the chain. Sadly, my experience didn’t meet my expectations at all. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized during our busy lunch hour, and though the ingredients were fresh, my portion was shockingly small. It felt like they were trying to save on serving sizes while charging full price. I ended up leaving still hungry, which is never a good sign when eating at a restaurant that prides itself on generous portions. The atmosphere was okay, but it could really use some improvement in terms of cleanliness. I might give it another shot in the future, but for now, I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon. " First time at this new Chipotle and sadly, I wasn’t impressed. The dining area had a lot of garbage on the floor and the tables were sticky. Service was slow, and I felt forgotten about frequently. By the time I got my meal, I was excited but quickly disappointed when it turned out to be bland and lacking adequate flavor. Adding insult to injury, the portion sizes were small, leaving me questioning if I had gotten what's typical for what you pay. I truly wanted to like this location because I’ve always loved Chipotle's food, but at this moment, I can’t say I would recommend this place. " Had a rough time at Chipotle! The first time I visited, I was met with a serious lack of organization among the staff. The place was busy, but there seemed to be few people actually making food. I ordered a burrito, and it felt like I was waiting ages only to find out they were out of half the ingredients! What even is a burrito without rice?! I finally got my meal but was disheartened that it was lacking the vivid flavors I know and love about Chipotle. It was practically tasteless and the burrito didn’t hold together well. As far as the ambiance goes, it was surprisingly dirty, with not just tables but floors covered in food remnants. Very unappetizing. I’m not sure if I just caught them on an off day, but I heard from other customers echoing similar sentiments. I think I’ll stick to the other locations for my burrito fix from here on out, sadly. " Absolutely terrible experience! I'm a die-hard Chipotle fan and was incredibly excited for the opening of this location. However, everything went wrong. There was a long line, and it seemed like they were completely unprepared for the overwhelming crowd. When my burrito was finally ready, it didn't even taste like the traditional Chipotle flavors I’m used to—very bland and unappetizing. It was served in a messy way, and I ended up with rice all over my tray. To top it off, I was shocked at the portions; they absolutely skimped on everything. It was not worth the money I paid!
