" As a regular at Chipotle, I’m usually pleased with what I get, but this particular location left much to be desired. The burrito I got was pretty bland—not a good way to showcase what Chipotle is known for! The staff were friendly, but the service felt a bit slow, and the dining area was messy. It was packed with customers, yet key ingredients seemed to be missing, which contributed to a very disappointing experience overall. Portion size was also noticeably smaller, which didn’t sit well given what you can typically expect from Chipotle’s standard. " Conflicted about this Chipotle. I went in excited to try the new spot, but my experience was underwhelming from the start. " Chipotle is one of my favorites, so it was only natural for me to check out the new location in Guelph. Upon entering, the atmosphere seemed lively and the staff were friendly, which made me feel good about choosing to eat here. I went for my usual – the chicken burrito with extra salsa! While I was pleased with the flavor, I couldn’t help but feel let down by the portion sizes. I've never experienced a Chipotle with such ‘stingy’ scoops! It felt like I was being given much less food compared to the other Chipotles I frequent. I can understand if they’re just trying to adjust as they’re new, but it really impacted my meal. A larger portion would have made a significant difference. " Been to Chipotle locations worldwide, and I'm often greeted with value for my money and classic burrito flavors. However, this new Guelph spot really needs to improve. My burrito was mostly rice with just a sprinkling of chicken and veggies. I felt pretty cheated, to be honest! The servers were buzzing around but still didn’t manage to make my experience pleasant. The atmosphere was okay, a bit chaotic due to the crowds, and cleanliness wasn’t quite up to standard. " Had a rough time at Chipotle! The first time I visited, I was met with a serious lack of organization among the staff. The place was busy, but there seemed to be few people actually making food. I ordered a burrito, and it felt like I was waiting ages only to find out they were out of half the ingredients! What even is a burrito without rice?! I finally got my meal but was disheartened that it was lacking the vivid flavors I know and love about Chipotle. It was practically tasteless and the burrito didn’t hold together well. As far as the ambiance goes, it was surprisingly dirty, with not just tables but floors covered in food remnants. Very unappetizing. I’m not sure if I just caught them on an off day, but I heard from other customers echoing similar sentiments. I think I’ll stick to the other locations for my burrito fix from here on out, sadly. " Absolutely terrible experience! I'm a die-hard Chipotle fan and was incredibly excited for the opening of this location. However, everything went wrong. There was a long line, and it seemed like they were completely unprepared for the overwhelming crowd. When my burrito was finally ready, it didn't even taste like the traditional Chipotle flavors I’m used to—very bland and unappetizing. It was served in a messy way, and I ended up with rice all over my tray. To top it off, I was shocked at the portions; they absolutely skimped on everything. It was not worth the money I paid!
