" My second visit to Shi Shi Boba was just as enjoyable as the first! I can't stop raving about their green tea milk tea. It’s the best I’ve had around. I also tried the spicy chicken wings which had an interesting flavor but were a little on the dry side. " Alright, I need to talk about my recent experience at Shi Shi Boba. The atmosphere is lively, really perfect for groups. I had high hopes for the beef bánh mì. Unfortunately, it was underwhelming at best. The meat was dry and lacked flavor. I also orders the green tea with boba; it was way too sweet for my taste. But my friends enjoyed the drinks, so at least there’s that. I think this place has potential but they need to re-evaluate their food quality. " Honestly, I was excited to check out Shi Shi Boba after hearing good things. The ambiance is nice with lots of seating and games, making it a good place to hang out. However, when I ordered the caramelized pork sticky rice, I was a bit disappointed. It didn’t taste like what I remembered from home; it was more mushy than sticky. On the bright side, the milk tea I had was delicious! A little on the sweeter side, but overall a nice treat. I think I’ll stick to their drinks next time though. Just a decent spot for me.
