" As someone who used to love Taco Bell, this experience was unacceptable. I got cold food and a staff that was more interested in talking than taking orders. I ordered a simple taco meal, and I was met with attitude from the cashier. My food, when finally served, was also horrid—excessive lettuce with little to no meat. " Stop skipping on ingredients, Taco Bell! Went in for lunch expecting the classic combination I’ve always enjoyed, only to find that the flavors were bland and the portions were way smaller than before. I am not looking for gourmet dining, but I do expect to see some effort. The service was manageable, but the order took an unnecessarily long time to be prepared, and they even forgot my drink. " I used to love Taco Bell, but this location has made my last visit a disaster. Upon arriving, they were out of the tortilla chips I wanted and my order was completely wrong. It took forever to get someone to address my concerns and, in the end, I just left without my meal. The workers seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in helping anyone. " This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. The drive-thru took an eternity, and the food was stale and cold. When I brought up the concern to the manager, they shrugged it off and sent me away. Save your money and don’t waste your time here!
