" I can't believe how great Il Carpaccio is! It's been our family tradition to eat here every summer when we visit Hilton Head. The staff knows us by name, and they always remember our favorite dishes. The gnocchi in gorgonzola sauce is to die for, and so is the tiramisu. It's comforting to know we have a restaurant we can count on for delicious food and great service.
