The menu offered a fantastic variety of authentic dishes, and we decided to try several appetizers to share. The yakitori skewers were succulent, grilled perfectly, and the flavors were outstanding. I went for the Tonkotsu ramen as my main dish, and wow, it was heavenly! The broth was rich and creamy, with tender pork belly, and the soft-boiled egg was the cherry on top.
