Upon arrival, the staff was a bit disorganized; they kept mixing up orders. I ended up waiting longer than expected despite having pre-ordered my pizzas. When I finally got them home, one of my pizzas had the wrong toppings! I understand mistakes happen, but I had to pick off the unwanted ingredients before serving to my guests, which was embarrassing. The food was good once baked, but I was left feeling disappointed from the service experience overall. I might give them another chance someday, but I’ll be more cautious next time.
