Honestly, I have to say it was a good effort, but having tasted deep dish from Chicago, this one leaned on the overly doughy side, which might not appeal to purists. However, it was still filling and well-loaded. On the other hand, the thin crust pizza stole the show - crispy with just the right amount of toppings and a heavenly marinara.
