" If you're ever in Boise, Alavita is a must-try! We made a reservation for a Friday evening, and it was a good thing we did because it was packed. The focaccia bread served was warm and fluffy, coupled with delicious honey butter. I had the scallops which were perfectly seared and paired with seasonal vegetables; absolutely divine!
