The authentic flavors really stood out, especially the Green Curry which had the perfect amount of spice. I must say, the staff has a wonderful approach to customer service - they were polite, knowledgeable, and very prompt. However, it was a bit tricky finding the place as it is tucked away in an industrial area. Once we made it there, the food made the journey worth it. " I've gone to many Thai restaurants, but Nan's Thai To-Go has set the bar high. The food is fantastic, and I've never had such flavorful Pad Woon Sen before. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. The only downside is that it is takeout only, which can be a bit inconvenient, but it is absolutely worth it if you love authentic Thai food. Service was fantastic; they made sure my order was correct and even offered to give me some suggestions for my next visit! For Thai lovers in Fredericksburg, this place is a must!
