" What a hidden gem! Cava serves up some of the best Mediterranean bowls I have ever tasted. I made my own bowl with saffron rice, grilled veggies, and the most delicious tzatziki sauce. Everything tasted fresh and bright, with no signs of it being made in advance. The atmosphere was lively and clean, which is always a plus.
