" I have been a frequent visitor to Bamboo for years now, and I can honestly say that the food quality has been inconsistent. Some days I find myself enjoying a hot plate of beef and broccoli, while other times it feels like something has changed, and the food doesn't taste fresh. On one occasion, the crab Rangoon I ordered was practically empty, filled mostly with cream cheese. The service is usually polite, and they do prepare the food quickly, which I appreciate, but even with that speed, I think it can sometimes taste like fast food rather than authentic Chinese fare.
