" I’ve tried Shun Xing a few years back and had a completely different experience. Back then, the flavors were vibrant, and the service was top-notch. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I was greeted with bland food, and the service staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. The hot and sour soup is lifeless, and it feels like they’ve lost their touch since the new owners took over. I almost didn’t want to leave a negative review, but it’s best to be honest. " Had a dinner party and wanted to order out from Shun Xing to treat my friends. Unfortunately, I was let down. The General Tso’s chicken was not properly cooked, and most dishes seemed hastily prepared. I think perhaps the staff was overworked that night.
