" I love Chinese food, and Shun Xing has typically been a place I liked to frequent. I must admit, the inconsistencies in food quality over the past few months have made me cautious. I think my last meal was disappointing because I had overly salty soup, and the lo mein was clumpy and not as fresh tasting. The portions I received seemed smaller than usual as well. My last order featured undercooked chicken and overly greasy rice. Despite being long-time customers we felt like the staff didn’t care much about our experience. " Had a dinner party and wanted to order out from Shun Xing to treat my friends. Unfortunately, I was let down. The General Tso’s chicken was not properly cooked, and most dishes seemed hastily prepared. I think perhaps the staff was overworked that night.
