" If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, then look no further than Hunan Palace! I was there last week and had the best time. Their service was impeccable, each plate was beautifully garnished, and the flavors! Oh the flavors! The hot and sour soup was absolutely divine. I had the house special chicken which was so juicy, and the fried rice had just the right amount of egg and veggies. I never felt rushed during my meal and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. This place is worth a visit! " (*Curated Review*)
" My family and I recently tried Hunan Palace for the first time and it was a delightful experience! The restaurant had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere with nice Chinese decor that added charm. We ordered a variety of dishes including the Kung Pao chicken and egg fried rice. The flavors were quite vibrant, and the chicken was tender. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious but a little on the oily side. Service was attentive, and we felt well taken care of. We enjoyed every bit of our meal and the portion sizes were just right. We will definitely return! " (*Curated Review*)
" I was excited to try Hunan Palace after hearing so many good recommendations, but my experience was quite lacking. The service was noticeably slow, and it took a long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for our food to arrive. When the dishes finally came, the flavor was just okay – nothing special; I expected more from a place so highly rated. The fried rice lacked seasoning and the chicken tasted a bit bland. I may give it another chance, but it didn't live up to my expectations this time. " (*Curated Review*)
" I have been going to Hunan Palace for years and can confidently say it has become my go-to place for Chinese food in El Paso. The prices are very reasonable, and I often find myself sharing dishes with friends because the portions are generous. Their spicy Szechuan tofu is to die for! It's flavorful and just the right level of heat. Though the ambience can get a bit noisy during peak hours, it's still comfortable enough to enjoy a good meal. Service is typically friendly, though I've encountered slower times on busier days. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant! " (*Curated Review*)
" Hunan Palace has become my favorite Chinese restaurant! Each meal I've had here has been top-notch. I especially enjoy their mapo tofu, which has a lovely spice and depth of flavor. The decor is also really pleasant, giving off a warm, inviting vibe. The staff are very friendly, but I have noticed they can get overwhelmed during rush hours. Regardless, it doesn't deter me from coming back as the food quality makes it worthwhile. I highly recommend trying their lunch specials, which are priced well and come with ample portions. " Delicious food that hit the spot! My friends and I came here for dinner and we couldn't have been more satisfied. We ordered the general tso's chicken, which had just the right amount of kick to it. The fried rice was flavorful as well. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, but the service could have been a little faster. We didn’t mind too much, as we were having a great time chatting at our table. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes! " (*Curated Review*)
" I recently had the displeasure of dining at Hunan Palace. Even though the decor and atmosphere are pleasant, the food was disappointingly bland and unremarkable. I ordered the double-cooked pork, which was supposed to be spicy but lacked any real flavor. The fried rice was dry, and the portions seemed smaller than I remembered from past visits. The staff were polite but clearly overworked, and our server vanished after taking our order. I doubt I would return for a while. I expected better. " (*Curated Review*)
