When we finally got it, the chicken was cold, and two of our sides were missing. When we called to address the error, the staff was rude and unhelpful. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. " I was thrilled to try El Pollo Loco for the first time, but my excitement faded quickly after tasting the food. My chicken was dry and overcooked, giving off a rubbery texture. To make matters worse, the service was appalling. I waited at least 15 minutes despite being the only customer inside. When my food finally arrived, it was cold. This was most disappointing because I've heard such great things! If their chicken can’t be consistently juicy and flavorful, I don't think I’ll return. Definitely not worth the hype!
