" Minsky's has won me over! I was initially skeptical based on some mixed reviews I read but they did not disappoint! From the first bite of the Taco Pizza, I was hooked. The combination of flavors was spot on, and it was loaded with toppings! They also have craft beer on tap that perfectly complements their pizza.
